The First Coast Locksmiths Association, in an attempt to bring attention to preventing toddlers from leaving their homes unobserved and being injured or worse, is pleased to announce that:
July is FCLA Toddler Safety Awareness Month
During the month of July, participating FCLA member locksmiths will be giving away a Free “Flip Lock” child safety lock to any parent who comes to their shop with a preschool aged child. Mobile Service only members will have them on their trucks for distribution. These locks are designed to prevent the toddler from opening a door even if they can unlock and open the regular locks.
The flip lock is not a self locking lock required for pool codes and should not be viewed as a substitute for parental diligence when supervising children.
